Who We Are
Spartan Sports Development is a UK based coaching company founded by George Flatman.
George has almost 15 years coaching experience and as of 2023, was the youngest rugby Head Coach at Level 7 on record. His success on the rugby field has allowed him to master a human approach to coaching and ensure that he encourages every individual he works with to achieve their full potential. Spartan Sports Development now has over 50 coaches that work to support schools and sports clubs to realise and achieve their visions for PE and sport.
Spartan Sports Development began their journey as a rugby coaching company, however, over a few short years, it has expanded and now offers coaching advice and support in clubs and schools for a variety of sports. These sports include gymnastics, football, cricket, dancing, yoga, athletics, strength and conditioning and of course rugby, to name but a few.
Spartan Sports Development also offers Coach Education Courses. These courses provide a fantastic opportunity for club coaches, volunteers and teachers to better understand and develop the skills required to coach a range of different sports.
